⌄What are your delivery prices?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time.
⌄How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UK delivery takes 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–15 business days. Please note we don't process orders on weekends or public holidays.
⌄What happens if I am not home when they deliver?
This depends on your carrier. You should receive a notification from the carrier with redelivery or collection options.
⌄Can I track the status of my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
⌄What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Returns
⌄How can I return my item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. It must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at doeofficial.uk@gmail.com to start the process.

⌄Can I return personalised items?

⌄How long do I have to return my item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. EU customers also benefit from a 14-day cooling off period.
